What we are building
Peymatrix is a workflow-driven HR platform that replaces the stack of disconnected tools most companies use — separate payroll software, a different attendance app, another tool for leave, and so on. We handle payroll for India (PF, ESI, TDS) and UAE (WPS, Gratuity), attendance with biometric sync, leave with multi-policy rules, performance management, and recruitment — all in one system with a workflow engine that automates the connections between them.
We are at an early stage. The product is live, customers are using it, and we are building fast. If you want to work on a product that solves a real problem for real companies, this is the place.
