Which India statutory items does Peymatrix handle?

Peymatrix calculates and generates filings for EPF (PF), ESIC, Professional Tax (state-wise slabs), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS under both the old and new tax regimes, and produces Form 16, Form 12BA, Form 10E, Form 12B, Form 24Q and Form 26Q. The platform also includes Section 206AB checks for non-filer TDS, NSDL/eTDS text exports and bank/Tally NEFT files.

Does Peymatrix support UAE WPS payroll?

Yes. Peymatrix generates the WPS SIF file with the required EDR, EER and TLR records, validates Emirates ID and bank details, and tracks the WPS submission lifecycle (pending → submitted → acknowledged → accepted/rejected) with resubmission deadlines. End-of-Service gratuity is computed per Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, and GPSSA, DEWS (DIFC) and the Nafis/ILoE unemployment scheme are supported.

Can one Peymatrix tenant run payroll for both India and UAE entities?

Yes. Peymatrix is multi-country by design — a single tenant can have employees in India, UAE and other GCC jurisdictions, with country-specific payroll rules, tax regimes, statutory calculations and bank/government export formats applied automatically based on each employee’s country of employment.

Peymatrix has a dedicated AI service running an audited decision engine with three modes: OBSERVE (logs only), SUGGEST (recommends actions for human approval) and AUTO (executes within configured guardrails). Every AI decision is logged, can be appealed, and runs through a bias audit. Trained models cover attrition prediction and resume scoring; statistical engines cover leave/wellness recommendations and payroll anomaly detection. Financial actions always require human review.

Is Peymatrix secure?

Peymatrix runs Spring Security with JWT authentication, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), row-level multi-tenant isolation at the database layer, PII encryption, immutable audit logging, IP allowlisting for super-admin access, biometric device authentication and rate limiting. SCIM provisioning and SSO are available for enterprise tenants. The platform includes GDPR and India DPDP-aligned data subject request workflows.

How quickly can a company go live on Peymatrix?

For a standard SMB setup (single country, under 100 employees), a tenant can be provisioned and start running payroll within a few business days once employee master data, salary structures, bank details and prior-year tax data are imported.
